Comenius meeting in Turkey, October 15th to 21st
The NEAR project presently being carried out in the Primary School has held its third meeting, in Turkey.
Nerea Viana, Nuria Almazán and Malcolm Davison met up with teachers from the other 3 schools from Finland, Hungary and Turkey.
Besides discovering a small part of the country and its natural environment we were given the chance to get to know more fully the people who live there.
When we arrived we saw a fascinating exhibition of their folklore (music and dancing) but, more importantly, their hospitality, kindness and enthusiasm for the project.
Through this visit we have made closer ties with a people we knew little about. We are really keen to continue working together with them in the future.
